7 Easy Steps On How To Book
STEP 1 – CONTACT DETAILS
Complete your name and address on the booking form. The tickets will be issued under this name. If you would like to be seated with friends or family, please ensure that all booking forms are stapled together in the same envelope. Please mark the names on the booking form where it mentions ‘please sit with’. Forms received separately will be processed as an individual subscription.
STEP 2 – TYPE OF PACKAGE
Select the number of plays and the series you wish to attend and any additional tickets required.
STEP 3 – PERFORMANCE DATES
Choose the dates and times you wish to attend. You can choose the seats you wish to book or we will choose the best available for you.
STEP 4 – SEATING REQUIREMENTS
Please let us know if you have specific seating requirements including wheelchair access, captioning, vision impaired, aisle seating. Selected performances throughout the year will have Go-Theatrical! Captioning to assist the hearing impaired.
The Hearing Loop is available for all performances and operates in selected areas throughout the main stage theatre.
STEP 5 – DONATIONS
Glen Street Theatre is a not-for-profit theatre and all donations are dedicated to developing new youth and family programmes.
STEP 6 – PAYMENT
a) Calculate your subscription package, additional tickets, donation and resident rebate. Enter this total under section 10.
b) Complete the payment details. We accept all credit cards, please remember to include your expiry date.
c) Nominate full or split payment.
d) If purchasing a youth subscription please provide a photocopy of proof of age documentation.
e) If purchasing a concession subscription please provide proof of concession. Enter your concession numbers under section 12.

12 Reasons Why You Should Subscribe
BEST SEATS IN THE HOUSE
A priority booking period is open to all subscribers until 7th November 2009. If you are a new subscriber please-mail your booking form in quickly as those received prior to 7th November 2009 will be the first processed after the priority booking period. Subscriptions are processed in strict order of receipt. Tickets go on sale to the general public on 18th January 2010.
VALUE FOR MONEY
Save up to 30% on adult non- nonsubscriber ticket prices. The more subscriber shows you select, the more you save!
FREE TICKET EXCHANGE
Our free ticket exchange service allows you the flexibility to change your dates. You may exchange your tickets once for a performance of the same show provided tickets are returned to the box office (by mail or in person) at least 48 hours before the ticketed performance.
Subsequent date changes will cost $5 per exchange. Emergency exchanges within the 48 hour period must be authorised by the Box Office Manager and will incur a fee of $5 per ticket. No refunds.
EXTRA DISCOUNT TICKETS
Each subscriber may purchase one additional subscriber discount ticket per performance at a special price – equivalent to the non-subscriber concession price. If purchasing for a child under 16 years please provide a photocopy of proof of age documentation.
MISS A SHOW
Missed shows normally cannot be refunded or exchanged. We understand that a performance can sometimes be missed, either because of an emergency or by accident. We can now provide ‘make-up’ tickets to another performance of the same play for $25 per ticket, subject to availability. You will need to return your original tickets to the Box Office to take advantage of this service which is restricted to subscribers and only valid for a performance of the same production when seating is available.
SPLIT PAYMENT PLAN
Take advantage of the split payment plan. Pay 50% of the total subscription at the time of booking and the remaining 50% will be deducted from your credit card in March 2010. This option is open to Series A and Series B only, excluding group subscriptions. The Split Payment Plan only applies to credit card payments.
WARRINGAH RESIDENTS
Warringah residents claiming the rebate should deduct the rebate prior to calculating the split payment. Subscribers wishing to take advantage of the Split Payment Plan will need to submit their forms by 23rd December 2009. Payment plans cannot be cancelled. Please inform the Box Office if your credit card details change prior to March 2010 as an administration fee of $5 will be charged on any failed credit card transaction.
CONCESSION SUBSCRIBERS
We welcome pensioners, full-time students and seniors. You must provide proof of your concession card number on the booking form.
YOUTH SUBSCRIBERS
If you are 28 or under you can choose three or more plays and take advantage of the special youth subscription price. Proof of age identification must be enclosed with your booking form.
GROUP SUBSCRIPTIONS
Groups of eight or more subscribing to exactly the same packages (same performances and dates) pay the subscriber concession price. One subscription form only should be completed under the name of the group organiser and must be accompanied by one payment. Only the authorised booking form with a single payment will be accepted. Please include all names and contact details to enable us to post subscriber benefit cards. It may be necessary to include extra names and addresses on a separate sheet of paper, which should be attached to the booking form. Tickets will be sent to the group organiser and groups will be seated together where possible.
