12 Reasons Why You Should Subscribe

BEST SEATS IN THE HOUSE
While we think every seat is good, we know many theatre goers have their favourites.  To ensure you have your favourite seat, have your completed subscription form to us by 18 October 2011. Existing subscribers have first choice, followed by new subscribers based on the date we receive your form. Please note that single tickets for Dickens’ Women go on sale on 14 November 2011. Single tickets for the rest of the Subscription Season are on sale from 3 January 2012.

EXTRA DISCOUNT TICKETS
Did you know that for each subscription package purchased you can buy an additional ticket to the same shows at the non-subscriber concession price? This is a great way to treat friends and family to a night out with you. Please note that proof of age is required for Child (under 16) tickets.

FREE TICKET EXCHANGE
When your plans change, simply return your tickets by mail or in person at least 48 hours prior to the ticketed performance for an exchange to another performance of the same show – subject to availability. Subscribers have one free ticket exchange with subsequent changes incurring a $5 fee per exchange. For emergency exchanges within the 48 hour period, contact the Ticketing Services Coordinator. There are no refunds.

THE MORE THE MERRIER
Organise a Series A or B subscription for a group of eight or more and you will only pay the concession price! Group subscriptions need to be for exactly the same dates and times. Only one subscription form with payment is required under the name of the group organiser. Tickets will be sent to the group organiser with every attempt to ensure that groups will be seated together. Make sure you provide all the groups’ names and contact details so they receive their subscriber discount cards and invitations to subscriber events.

MISSED A SHOW?
Return your tickets by mail or in person to the Box Office for $25 ‘make-up’ tickets to another performance. Tickets are subject to availability.

PAY SOME NOW, SOME LATER
Divide your payments with the Split Pay option. Payments are deducted from your credit card in two equal instalments – half as your subscription is processed and the other on 1 March 2012. Please note, split payments are only available for Series A and B Main Stage subscriptions received before 31 December 2011, excluding group subscriptions and add on performances. Split Pay plans cannot be cancelled. Please notify the Box Office if your credit card details change before March 2012 to avoid a $5 administration fee. NB: If paying by Amex or Diners a 3.85% charge will be included in the first payment.

UNDER 28 OFFER
If you’re under 28 you’ll receive significant subscription discounts. Simply enclose a copy of your proof of age when booking.

CONCESSION DISCOUNTS
Provide details of your concession card number or a copy of your student ID to take advantage of concession discounts.

REBATE OFFER
Warringah residents are entitled to a rebate of $10 on Series A & B Adult Subscriptions. For Series C & D Subscriptions and Series A & B Concession Subscriptions there is a rebate of $5. Please deduct your rebate prior to calculating split payment.

GROUP SUBSCRIPTIONS
Groups of eight or more subscribing to exactly the same packages (same performances and dates) pay the subscriber concession price. One subscription form only should be completed under the name of the group organiser and must be accompanied by one payment. Only the authorised booking form with a single payment will be accepted. Please include all names and contact details to enable us to post subscriber benefit cards. It may be necessary to include extra names and addresses on a separate sheet of paper, which should be attached to the booking form. Tickets will be sent to the group organiser and groups will be seated together where possible.

To enter, submit your completed subscription booking form by 31 December 2011. The winner will be drawn at 11am (AEDT) on 9 January 2012 at Glen Street Theatre, Cnr Glen Street and Blackbutts Road, Belrose, 2085. The winner will be notified by mail and a notice will be posted in the Manly Daily Public Notices Column on 13 January 2012.
