Glen Street Theatre is committed to observing the Code of Practice for the Ticketing of Live Entertainment in Australia, as compiled by the Australian Entertainment Industry Association (AEIA).
Glen Street Theatre’s objectives in observing these codes are as follows:
- to maintain fair and transparent ticketing standards to the public
- to maintain consistency in relation to these standards
- to provide guidelines on fair resolutions of complaints
- to provide prospective Ticket Holders with an understanding of the service standards to expect.
- To inform prospective Ticket Holders of their rights and responsibilities whilst at Glen Street Theatre
