In person at the box office

Mastercard, Visa, Diners Club and American Express are all accepted online and in phone bookings. EFTPOS is available for over-the-counter transactions only.
There is no exchange or refund on the tickets once payment has been made.

Main Stage Performance Times

Unless otherwise stated, all performances of Glen Street Theatre Season main stage productions commence at the following times:

  • Tuesday to Saturday evening–8pm
  • Saturday Matinee–2pm
  • Sunday–5pm
  • Mid Matinee–11am

Theatre Access

Both Sorlies and the main stage theatre have wheelchair access. The Box Office must be informed prior to making a booking that seating with wheelchair access is required. For further information please call the Box Office on 02 9975 1455.

Babies and children

Any child requiring a seat must hold a valid ticket, and must remain in their seat at all times. Babies under 2 years are admitted free providing they remain on the lap of a parent or guardian. It is the parents or guardian’s responsibility to ensure the disturbance of other patrons is avoided.

Seating Plan

Please note: A seating plan is only available for the main stage theatre and not Sorlies. Sorlies seating is done on a day-by-day basis depending on attendance. In the main theatre the seating is elevated from row A. Row C is the first row at stage level.

Wheelchair Access: Wheelchair access is restricted to Rows K and L. There are up to 4 wheelchair spaces available per performance. Reservations for wheelcahirs must be made over the telephone to ensure the correct seating is allocated. Please call the box office on 9975 1455.

Glen Street Theatre’s objectives in observing these codes are as follows:
- to maintain fair and transparent ticketing standards to the public
- to maintain consistency in relation to these standards
- to provide guidelines on fair resolutions of complaints
- to provide prospective Ticket Holders with an understanding of the service standards to expect.
- To inform prospective Ticket Holders of their rights and responsibilities whilst at Glen Street Theatre
